Plastic Flowers

Every colour of the rainbow. Well, not quite. Every thorn, a danger to touch. Well, kind of. Every leaf, swaying, blissful in the wind. If you say so. Every smell, so… erm. Well. Ahh. Gotcha. Every gift, resolute forever. I suppose so. Every grave stone, a constant companion.  That’s true. Every hospital bed, a reminder, of love. Can’t argue with that. Every concrete garden, given life again. You’re right. Every wrong… righted. Ryan Croughan is one of the unfortunate souls who keeps the Minor Spillage ship sailing. Sailing? Probably better to say paddling. As well as producing, he finds time to present and provide voiceovers. He also says he doesn't like the sound of his own voice. Bit odd really.

“The Envelope” - An Off Script Cold Read

In every episode of ‘Off Script’, Ben and Lloyd are faced with a tough, but real, acting challenge… To take a script, with absolutely ZERO preparation, and perform it to the best of their abilities. No peeking, no hints, no ideas - just straight into the scene, and being left to (hopefully) swim rather than sink thanks to their considerable talents! In the second episode of the series, the boys tackled a noir-ish mystery set in a dingy old shop, written by an anonymous writer. Presented here for your reading pleasure, is the script of “The Envelope”… exactly as the Off Scripters were handed it… The Envelope - SETTING A small, dim back office behind a closed storefront. One overhead bulb. A metal desk. A window  with blinds. Rain ticks faintly against glass. A wall clock is audible—too loud. SCENE: (The room is quiet except for the clock.
